Empowering the Youth: A Look Back at Our Summer Coding Bootcamp

Bridging the Digital Divide

In today's rapidly evolving digital world, computer literacy is no longer a luxury—it's a necessity. Recognizing this, our trust successfully concluded a 4-week intensive Summer Coding Bootcamp for over 100 students from underserved communities.

The bootcamp, led by volunteer software engineers from top tech companies, introduced students to the basics of programming, web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and logical problem-solving.

Highlights of the Program:

• Hands-on Projects: By the end of the camp, every student had built and deployed their own personal webpage.
• Mentorship: Students were paired with industry professionals for 1-on-1 guidance.
• Resource Provision: We provided refurbished laptops to 30 exceptional students who did not have access to computers at home.
